All items are made to order. Due to the personalization that goes into each product all sales are final. Please read details and size chart for each product in the description to ensure you are buying the item you desire. When placing your custom name item, please enter the name(s) you would like on your personalized piece under "special instructions" when going through our check-out process. Carefully check your purchase to ensure correct spelling and order. We do not refund or exchange for customer error.

Exchanges will only be made if the product is defective. In those cases exchanges will only be made for the exact same item. No refunds will be given.
Because of the nature and special care that goes into personalizing each item, the creation time for most items is 2-3 weeks.
Please email us should the item need to be rushed .
The turn-around time for personalized name rings is 2 -3 weeks.
All other items have a 2-4 week turn around time .. please email us if you’d like the item to be expedited.
We ship via UPS and Fed ex and will confirm your order with a tracking number.
Multiple Items may be shipped separately in several shipments. Items are shipped as they are created and we may send separately to get your order to you as soon as possible.
